I find this specialty toothbrush head very effective for cleaning at the base of teeth, especially crowns where the margins can trap food.I use the Power Tip brush as an essential component of my cleaning regimen because I have two adjoining implants.One must pay particular attention to cleaning around the implant post and thus under the implant "tooth."This brush is the best means I have found for performing this procedure. It has no metal, which could scratch the Titanium implant post, as do many spiral-wound brushes for cleaning between teeth.I have used this type of brush for two years and received raves from my dental hygienist about the way I have cleaned my implants and the gum line around my crowns.
